Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) before being dispatched. An estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
We are happy to offer exchanges, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@ehrina.com with the following details:

For your peace of mind, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service and keeping your proof of postage until your exchange has been processed. Ehrina cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned.
To be eligible for an exchange, all items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, free from marks, odours, or detergent scents, and with all original tags attached.
Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit if applicable.
At EHRINA, we offer bespoke alterations and custom orders for selected pieces. If your size isn’t available or you’d like a personalised adjustment, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
Alterations such as length, fit, or colour may be possible, subject to design and production requirements. Additional charges and lead times will apply.
